Yestech Webhook Configuration

Configure these webhook URLs in your Yestech dashboard to enable automated call handling.
Configure this in Settings if it's incorrect
Webhook Endpoints:

Yestech Dashboard Configuration:
  1. Log in to your Yestech dashboard
  2. Navigate to Phone Numbers → Select your number: +44 330 0300 185
  3. Go to Webhooks or Voice Configuration
  4. Add each webhook URL above with POST method
  5. Save and test by making a call to your number
Event Types:
Endpoint When It's Called Purpose
/inbound-call When a call is received Initialize call, greet customer
/speech-input After each customer response Process speech, collect booking data
/call-status Call status changes Track call duration, completion
/recording Recording is available Store call recording URL
